Job Description

The administrative assistant is responsible for offering administrative support across the office by interacting with the public who visit the business and through the coordination of front desk activities, including correspondence, and redirecting phone calls. 

Position Qualifications:

  • 18 yrs or older
  • Must have GED or HS Diploma
  • Have at least six months clerical experience
  • Posses great customer service skills
  • Experience working with web based application
  • Must have solid communication and writing skills
  • Data entry experience
  • Ability to handle conflict effectively

Essential job duties:

  • Must perform clerical receptionist duties such filing, photocopying and support office staff with special projects as needed
  • Perform data entry
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Ability work with mobile devices assisting Caregivers and office staff with mobile devices and issues
  • Prepare correspondence and documents 
  • Manage multiple phone lines documenting detailed messages, responding to clients, referral sources and the public.
